This is an ACTIVE enrollment. All eligible employees must take action to enroll or decline benefits, with a Benefit Counselor, to ensure coverage for the upcoming 2026 plan year.
ATTENTION RETIREES: The San Francisco Health Service System administers retirees Medical, Vision, and Dental plans. If you have questions or need assistance with changes you must call SFHSS at 628-652-4700. If you are not making any plan changes, then no action is required. Please note, Benefit Counselors are unable to access retiree benefit information.
